A non tech savvy, a person in emergency or a regular who wants to buy medicine all have different goals, time line and comfort levels.

There is a need to adhere to the problems users face and working on personalisation, ease of buying meidicines, having reminders and having assitance for people in need.

 

Solution

Primary Research

A survey was conducted of 50 participants of different age groups to understand there insights on using different E-pharma platforms likeTATA 1mg, Pharmeasy,etc.
